Qualifications & Training
At Crown we recognise that many people are aspiring Security Officers or are simply looking to establish a new career, so we offer Certificate II in Security Operations to our employees who don't have the qualification when they come on board, allowing you to learn on the job.
Our accreditation as an official training organisation and our affiliation with Swinburne University means we can provide on the job training and certified qualifications recognised across Australia.
In addition, we offer career pathways and continual training and development including opportunities to obtain Certificate III in Security Operations,and Cert IV in Training and Assessment, so that you can continue to grow and learn plus have the opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge while at work.
