Cage and Count
Being like our own internal bank, Cage and Count teams are responsible for providing customer service and cash and chip handling at our Cage facilities on the gaming floor and behind the scenes.
Call Centre
Responsible for looking after inbound call activity, our Call Centre team is dedicated to the delivery of exceptional customer service and is responsible for 24/ 7 customer contact and customer relations incorporating both frontline and managerial roles. Our team is often the unseen face of Crown and aims to provide every customer with proactive and exceptional service on every occasion.
Customer Relations & Communications
Our Customer Relations & Communications teams are responsible for customer satisfaction research and analysis, and communications advice, support and communication to all business units. Research roles often require fluency in another language and our team continuously strive to achieve excellence through understanding our customers and our employees.
Executive
Our Executive team is responsible for leading the business and our people.
Finance
Our Finance team is responsible for working as both business partners within specific business units within Crown and also for overseeing the ongoing financial statutory reporting and compliance requirements for our business. Various roles within our internal Finance groups incorporate Income Audit, Accounts Payable, Corporate Finance, Projects and Planning, Capital Management, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting and Risk & Assurance.
Human Resources
Our Human Resources team is responsible for providing generalist human resources administrative, advisory and operational support to all Crown employees and managers within each business unit with respect to; Recruitment Services and Employment Branding, Remuneration Planning & HR Systems/ Analysis, Employee Relations, Organisational Development and Learning and Health & Safety.
Information Systems
Our Information Systems team is responsible for providing 24/ 7 operational support and for the planning and logistics of creating, maintaining and implementing appropriate systems with respect to Gaming Technology, IT Systems and PeopleSoft Systems. Various roles exist within these departments and range from the provision of frontline support, advice and upgrading of our systems and databases through to specialist Program and Database Analysts.
Legal and Regulatory
Our Legal and Regulatory team is responsible for providing legal advice, representation and statutory reporting requirements to our business units.
Mailroom
Operating similar to a postal service, our Mailroom team is responsible for the provision of mail and document services to all internal business units and external customers.
Marketing
Our Marketing team is responsible for marketing communications, product & brand development and research & analysis for all internal and external customers. Roles include Brand Management, Graphic Design, Communications, Products and Services, Public Relations, Media and Events.
Payroll & Audit
Servicing a large internal workforce, our Payroll and Audit teams are responsible for monthly and fortnightly pay runs and for internal and revenue statutory audit reporting and compliance requirements for our business.
Retail
Crown Retail operates our own internal chain of Crown shops and services both our guests through our public outlets and our own staff through the Crown staff shop.
Warehouse and Supply
Incorporating the Crown receiving and distribution area and central purchasing department, roles typically advertised include storeperson/warehouse employee and purchasing staff.
