At Crown, our learning pathways can help you gain the qualifications you need to develop your career. Each pathway is aligned to the Australian Qualifications Training Framework (AQTF) meaning our employees can gain nationally recognised qualifications while they work. As Crown is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), our training is in-house and takes place at Crown College.

Our Leadership Development Program helps our frontline supervisors develop their skills and knowledge across a broad range of leadership competencies within Certificate IV in Frontline Management.

Aligned with Swinburne University, our Next Generation of Leadership program provides a broad understanding of contemporary business practices relevant to Crown and helps our future leaders develop their business and leadership competencies within the Diploma of Management.

Employee Recognition Program

Each year over 120 people are recognised for their outstanding contribution to Crown. Service Leader, People Leader and Manager of the Year awards are just some of the awards that allow employees to share their success with the wider Crown community.

Showcasing our talent

Across the course of the year, employees have the opportunity to be nominated to participate in a range of departmental events to showcase their talent including; Barista Competition, Trainee of the Year, Trainer of the Year, Dealer of the Year and the Cocktail Cup.

Celebrating milestones

We appreciate the dedication and loyalty of our employees, and for those who have been part of our business for an extended period, events and gifts are used to recognise key service milestones, such as five and ten years of employment.

Celebrating festivities with your team and family

At Crown, we know better than most how to celebrate and special occasions like Christmas are no exception. Every year, Christmas is celebrated within individual teams. Those employees who have been with Crown for at least 12 months receive a Christmas hamper, a gift from Crown’s Chairman, Mr James Packer. Crown also organises an annual Christmas party at Luna Park for employees and their families. Luna Park is booked exclusively for this party and attracts over 3000 people every year.
Crown also celebrates the special moments in our employees’ personal lives. For example, Crown provides employees with a parent pack for the birth of a child.

Our quarterly employee magazine, Jewel, showcases employee success stories and profiles a variety of areas within our business. State of the art technology displays photos of our high achievers and broadcasts the latest information on who’s doing what at Crown.

ID's is open 24/7 to cater for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
